Andw Kirwan to John Martin Thos Cullinane farmers of Claregalway castle, house and lands of Knockdoe, about 50a about the house and all the arable land east of the road leading from Lacka to Tuam except Monroe & James Daly's cares including the house division abt 268a at £1-7 per acre together with abt 51 acres of Turlogh adjoining sd lands at 13s6d per acres all sd lands subeject to be surveyed and subject to the same clauses and covenants included in a lease made by Richd Kirwan Esqr to the sd Andw Kirwan dated 21 Septr 1792. To hold from the first day of May then past for the term of 21 years
Next lease is for all of the lands of Knockdoe west of the road leading from Lacka to Tuam except abt 50 acres about the house of Knockdoe and except the farm of Carrane, as then in the possession of sd Andw Kirwan and his undertenants contg abt 290 acres of arable land at £1-7 per acre.
